He is the owner and CEO of The Friedkin Group and its subsidiary Gulf States Toyota, which was founded by his father, Thomas H. Friedkin. He is also the owner and president of Italian Serie A club A.S. Roma. As of December 2023, his estimated net worth is US$ 6.1 billion. Dan Friedkin was born in San Diego, California, the son of Thomas H. Friedkin. He has a bachelor's degree from Georgetown University, and a master's from Rice University.
