Craig Lindberg is a makeup artist at I.A.T.S.E. Local 798, and the owner-operator of General Mayhem Makeup Studio. He's known for his work on the films "War of the Worlds," "Army of the Dead," "Spiderman 3," and "John Wick: Chapter 3," and on the TV series "Daredevil," "Elementary," "The Tick," and NBC's "Saturday Night Live." Lindberg also worked on the cult horror films, "Rock 'n' Roll Frankenstein," "Sleepless Nights" and "There's Nothing Out There." He is the recipient of a 2012 and 2013 Emmy Award nomination for "Boardwalk Empire," and "Saturday Night Live." He has also won Contribution Awards for "Saturday Night Live," and ABC's "The View." Craig is a contributing writer for Makeup Artist Magazine. Craig has been a professional Makeup Instructor for over 10 years.

Data are -- hey, it's a plural -- subject to the limitations of their sources. (For example, TMDB search results currently max out at 20.) I am limiting myself to free data sources for now. (No, a "free trial" is not free.)
While much of the above data are retrieved directly from outside APIs and other such sources, data from American Film Institute (AFI) and British Film Institute (BFI) were manually entered the old fashioned way into a MySQL database. Re BFI I took the following liberties:

Filtering is applied here to film projects flagged as "adult" by TheMovieDB. Pending "popular demand" I am contemplating a login and profile system with preferences (such as whether to allow adult images to appear) and permissions (such as data entry).
