A work in constant progress (and occasional regress).
Birthplace:
Warman, Saskatchewan, CA
Tracy was born and raised in the small town of Warman Saskatchewan; she began performing as a competitive figure skater until the age of 17 when she moved to Vancouver, and came across acting by chance. She was signed with Tea Buechner at Vancouver Talent and was given her first role on Michael Dougherty's' "Trick r' Treat" as Anna Paquin's body double. It was that day on set that she discovered her passion for acting; which was further fueled by a role on"Supernatural", Season 3 Episode 5 "Bedtime Stories". Since then Tracy has been studying at "Lyric", "A.C.T Vancouver" and the "Margie Haber Studios" in Los Angeles. The Encouragement of one of those mentors was the catalyst for her to begin writing. She has three screenplays in the works, "The Pain of Passion", "Second Chance", and "Losing your Memory" She landed her first leading role in a short film called "The Orchid" by Lee Gerlach and since then has found herself booking several short films and independent projects including a recurring role in web series "Disturbia", as well as leading roles in "Eat it Raw", "Over" and "Holmes and Howards". She has also just recently become involved with theater and cast as "Miss Holly Day" a nerdy yet enthusiastic tour guide, "Miss Kate" the hurdy gurdy dancing girl and "Lottie McKinnon" the richest and cheapest woman to be found in the historical town of Barkerville.

Most data and links to images for the Movies section come from TheMovieDB (TMDB).
Additional data for Film Titles come from The Open Movie Database (OMDb).
At least one plug-in comes from IMDb.
Data are -- hey, it's a plural -- subject to the limitations of their sources. (For example, TMDB search results currently max out at 20.) I am limiting myself to free data sources for now. (No, a "free trial" is not free.)
While much of the above data are retrieved directly from outside APIs and other such sources, data from American Film Institute (AFI) and British Film Institute (BFI) were manually entered the old fashioned way into a MySQL database. Re BFI I took the following liberties:
Regarding profile removals and data corrections:
Filtering is applied here to film projects flagged as "adult" by TheMovieDB. Pending "popular demand" I am contemplating a login and profile system with preferences (such as whether to allow adult images to appear) and permissions (such as data entry).
Whereas the overall purpose of this website is to serve as a personal demo/portfolio/workshop of web and data skills, this Movies section is not meant to compete with or substitute for far more definitive movie websites.
