Filmmaker born in Setúbal, Portugal, in the early 1990s. He has a College Degree in Video and Documentary Cinema from ESTA and a Postgraduate Degree in Art Studies from FBAUP. In 2012, was selected for “Borderline”, an international film project which had the support of Guimarães European Capital of Culture 2012. Between 2013 and 2016 he was the projectionist at Teatro do Campo Alegre, in Porto. At the end of 2014, he was selected for RTP Academia 3.0, where he did the photography and editing of the 8-episode program “#Hashtag”, which premiered on the Public National Channel. At the end of 2015 comes the invitation to participate in the production of the film “O Cinema, Manoel de Oliveira e Eu” (2016), by João Botelho, filmed entirely in the city of Porto. In early 2017, already part of the Ar de Filmes production team, he was production assistant for the film “Peregrinação” (2017), by João Botelho and production secretary for the film “Mar” (2018) by Margarida Gil. He was also the main editor of the fiction feature film “O Bêbado”, the latest project by Ar de Filmes, whose premiere is scheduled for 2023. To date, he has independently directed and produced 9 short films. Among the nominations and awards he has already received, he highlights his presence in prestigious film festivals such as CurtaCinema (Brazil), Dresden Film Festival (Germany), Semana de Cine de Lugo (Spain) and ÍCARO (Guatemala).

At least one plug-in comes from IMDb.
Data are -- hey, it's a plural -- subject to the limitations of their sources. (For example, TMDB search results currently max out at 20.) I am limiting myself to free data sources for now. (No, a "free trial" is not free.)
While much of the above data are retrieved directly from outside APIs and other such sources, data from American Film Institute (AFI) and British Film Institute (BFI) were manually entered the old fashioned way into a MySQL database. Re BFI I took the following liberties:
Regarding profile removals and data corrections:
Filtering is applied here to film projects flagged as "adult" by TheMovieDB. Pending "popular demand" I am contemplating a login and profile system with preferences (such as whether to allow adult images to appear) and permissions (such as data entry).
Whereas the overall purpose of this website is to serve as a personal demo/portfolio/workshop of web and data skills, this Movies section is not meant to compete with or substitute for far more definitive movie websites.
