Aparicio and his wife, Alma Rosa, see a new priest arrive. Manuel, at the same time that he is discovering that the town will be razed to build a tourist urbanization, falls in love with Alma Rosa. The builders of the urbanization begin to spy on Manuel, who participates with the fishermen in the defense of their lands and upon learning of Alma Rosa and Manuel's love, they go to Aparicio to destroy Manuel and the fishermen.
