Moira— a student completing her master's in New York— travels home to the luxurious, elite society of Cardo in the Dominican Republic.
A young, rich Dominican woman is forced to return home for good and deal with the asphyxiating society that she always ran away from. It all seems lost until she develops an unexpected friendship with an enigmatic local tailor who tells her of supernatural ways in which she can escape the town.
