Born in Vancouver, British Columbia, Bennett has acted in various genre series including Eureka, Stargate Atlantis, Painkiller Jane, The Dead Zone, Cold Squad, as well as other Vancouver filmed television series. Bennett starred in the 2002 film Punch which her father, Guy Bennett, wrote and directed.
