Tomoyuki Takimoto is known for Ki no umi (2004), Ikigami (2008) and Grasshopper (2015). While studying at the Faculty of Political Science and Economics, Waseda University, he was devoted to independent films and theater activities. 1993, participate in various works as a freelance assistant director from time. Worked as a TV drama script and plot planner. Debuted as director in the movie “Ki no Umi”.
