Ioannis Papazisis (Drama, November 22, 1978) is a Greek actor. He began his studies at the Drama School of the National Theatre in 2000 and graduated four years later. In 2004, he made his first appearance in cinema, having one of the leading roles in the dramatic film Hardcore, which was a great box office success. Two more film appearances followed in 2005 in the films Easy Lia and Loufa and the variant: Sirens in the Aegean, again with a leading role. In the same year, he made his television debut in Mirella Papaikonomou's drama series Purple-Pink. In 2006, he also played in the comedy series 30 Days of Agony. In the 2006-2007 season, he was cast as Angelos Papagiannis in the first season of the daily drama series If You Love Me, where he starred alongside Katerina Papoutsaki, Giorgos Vogiatzis and Vana Barba. He became well-known to the general public with his dual role in the daily series Mia amitaniou dyoi zhives on Mega Channel, where he starred for two seasons. He then appeared in the second and third seasons of the comedy series The Apartment Building. In cinema, she also took part in other productions such as The Heir in 2009, Loofah and Variation: Sirens on Land in 2011, One More Dance in 2012, With No Women in 2014, Intoxicated in 2015 and With a Kiss I Die in 2018. In the 2018-2019 season, she starred alongside Dimitra Matsouka, Marios Athanasiou and Myriella Kourenti in the comedy series by Giorgos Feidas, Free Relationship. Since 2019, she has been in the leading cast of the historical series Kokkino Potami directed by Manousos Manousakis. In 2020, she starred in the series Angeliki. In 2021 & 2022, she appeared in some of the episodes of the series Our Best Years.
