Simón Bucher Saavedra. Chilean Director, Producer, and Animator. With a strong focus and inspiration in the experimental. His debut short film, El festín de las bestias (The Feast), premiered at the Annecy Animation Festival 2023, kicking off a long journey through prestigious festivals around the globe (Palm Springs Shorts, Fantastic Fest, Animafest Zagreb, Stuttgart, Tampere, BiFan, among others). Graduating as an Audiovisual Director from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2023), he has worked on various productions including: Animalia Paradoxia, Denominación de Origen, Marvelous Gift, Isla Brillante, La pena no duerme de noche. He co-founded a collective focused on experimental animation called "Ratelier" with a group of friends from Chile and France, where he has directed scenes for feature films and developed his upcoming projects. He has also collaborated as a director, producer, animator, and production assistant at Diluvio, Equeco, Pista B, Formidable Studio, Kurzgesagt, Trébol 3, and Santiago Independiente.

Filtering is applied here to film projects flagged as "adult" by TheMovieDB. Pending "popular demand" I am contemplating a login and profile system with preferences (such as whether to allow adult images to appear) and permissions (such as data entry).
Whereas the overall purpose of this website is to serve as a personal demo/portfolio/workshop of web and data skills, this Movies section is not meant to compete with or substitute for far more definitive movie websites.
