Nao Nakano (中野 七緒, Nakano Nao, born October 18, 1980) is a Japanese AV actress and former gravure idol from Hyogo Prefecture. Her former stage name was Yumi Nagase (永瀬 ゆみ, Nagase Yumi). She currently owns a beauty salon.  She started out as a gravure idol under the name Yumi Nagase in 2008. She also worked as a photoshoot model and event companion, mainly in the Kansai region, under the agency Fresh Promotion. She joined Ebisu Muscats on April 7, 2010. After leaving Ebisu Muscats on May 4, 2011, she continued to work as a gravure model, but retired within the same year. After that, she worked as a photoshoot model and hair and makeup artist. In July 2019, she made her AV debut under the name Nao Nakano as an exclusive actress for Goro Tameike. In July 2020, she became an exclusive actress for OPPAI. Since January 2021, she left the agency and become a project-specific actress.

  • I added "runners up" to Top 10 lists, treating them as ties where applicable and numbering them accordingly at the bottom of each list.
  • Regarding those polls wherein "franchise" movies were submitted as one project until BFI's policy changed to regard them separately, I treated them as ties and renumbered the affected lists accordingly (e.g. the Godfather films).

Filtering is applied here to film projects flagged as "adult" by TheMovieDB. Pending "popular demand" I am contemplating a login and profile system with preferences (such as whether to allow adult images to appear) and permissions (such as data entry).
