Her career began in student and independent productions, where she stood out for her ability to translate creative visions into visually compelling and cohesive narratives. Additionally, Raquel is part of the coordination in a feminist organization advocating for a more inclusive world from Guatemala. In her work, she seeks to unify themes such as women’s struggles, the pursuit of freedom, and memory, incorporating these values into her film projects. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated an outstanding ability to collaborate with various production departments, ensuring that production design serves as an integral reflection of the narrative vision. She continues to explore new approaches in her work.
