Charles Shaw is an American journalist, editor, and documentary filmmaker. His films include The Exile Nation Project: An Oral History of the War on Drugs & The American Criminal Justice System (2011), Exile Nation: The Plastic People (2013), Visurreality (2013), White Panther: The Legacy of John Sinclair (2013), Soldiers of the Vine (2016). Home in the Dark (2017) is his series of 17 documentary short films about trauma and post-traumatic stress. He is the owner/operator of the production company Nomad Cinema. He published a memoir—Exile Nation: Drugs, Prisons, Politics & Spirituality—in 2012.

Filtering is applied here to film projects flagged as "adult" by TheMovieDB. Pending "popular demand" I am contemplating a login and profile system with preferences (such as whether to allow adult images to appear) and permissions (such as data entry).
