Lyubov Zemtsova is a Belarusian documentary director. She was born in Minsk in the family of the television editor and screenwriter Svetlana Zemtsova. At the age of 17, on the basis of the Children's Center for Technical Creativity, she shot the first experimental work, The Cell. In 2014 she graduated from the Belarusian State Academy of Arts (major: directing a documentary, workshop of M.A. Zhdanovsky). In 2020, with the support of the Czech television channel “Current Time”, together with the director Yuliya Shatun, she released a series of documentaries “Unknown Belarus”. She died on May 22, 2020 due to injuries sustained in a car accident.
