Sibylla Oarcea was born on September 15, 1943 in Timișoara. She graduated from the "Institute of Theatre and Cinematography Ion Luca Caragiale" (IATC) in Bucharest in 1967, in the class of prof. Alexandru Finți, asst. Sanda Manu and Lia Niculescu. She was assigned to the "Victor Ion Popa" Theatre in Bârlad, where she performed between 1967-69, then she was hired at the "Teatrul Tineretului" in Piatra Neamț, between 1970-74 and from 1974 at the "Teatrul Ion Creangă". She married first the sculptor Paul Neagu, who remained in England, then the theatre critic Țucu Parhon, and then Nicu Fertig, the director of the "Continental" Hotel, with whom she has a son, dr. Tudor Emanuel.

Filtering is applied here to film projects flagged as "adult" by TheMovieDB. Pending "popular demand" I am contemplating a login and profile system with preferences (such as whether to allow adult images to appear) and permissions (such as data entry).
