Eddie Lovett is an entrepreneur and investor currently residing in Budapest, Hungary. In 2012, he began his career as a webcam performer, and the following year he had the opportunity to star in the pilot episode of an HBO docu-series about the world of sex work. With the increased exposure from this show, Lovett founded several successful online businesses, including a membership website that won the title of Best Cam Models Personal Website at the Adult Webcam Awards. In addition to his work as a webcam performer, Lovett has also developed skills in videography, video editing, web development, and digital marketing. He has appeared in a number of films, including the award-winning short film "The Lovetts," in which he played the lead role. Lovett is currently in the process of creating a full-length documentary about his life, set to tour film festivals in early 2023. Throughout his career, Lovett has garnered numerous awards, including the Live Cam Awards' Best Live Cam Couple (which he also had the honor of hosting in 2020). His videos have been viewed over 100 million times in both adult and mainstream categories. In addition to his entertainment work, Lovett is also a seasoned investor in the realm of cryptocurrency and NFTs, and he is currently focused on affiliate marketing and web development. In his personal life, Lovett is a skilled skateboarder, a lover of philosophy, and an enthusiast of all things architectural. He dreams of one day building a house in nature and starting a family. Lovett is deeply committed to authenticity, love, and learning, and he advocates for the natural equality of all people. He also enjoys meditating, practicing the classical piano, and creating content for social media.
Most data and links to images for the Movies section come from TheMovieDB (TMDB).
Additional data for Film Titles come from The Open Movie Database (OMDb).
At least one plug-in comes from IMDb.
Data are -- hey, it's a plural -- subject to the limitations of their sources. (For example, TMDB search results currently max out at 20.) I am limiting myself to free data sources for now. (No, a "free trial" is not free.)
While much of the above data are retrieved directly from outside APIs and other such sources, data from American Film Institute (AFI) and British Film Institute (BFI) were manually entered the old fashioned way into a MySQL database. Re BFI I took the following liberties:
Regarding profile removals and data corrections:
Filtering is applied here to film projects flagged as "adult" by TheMovieDB. Pending "popular demand" I am contemplating a login and profile system with preferences (such as whether to allow adult images to appear) and permissions (such as data entry).
Whereas the overall purpose of this website is to serve as a personal demo/portfolio/workshop of web and data skills, this Movies section is not meant to compete with or substitute for far more definitive movie websites.
Whether or not he still clings to an award which he won in 1986 as a film critic for his college's newspaper, Jeffrey Hartmann is not responsible for the texts of overviews and biographies supplied by external data sources.
