Born in 1986, Cíntia Domit Bittar is a brazilian/lebanese writer, director, editor, and producer known in Brazil for her filmography of both narrative and non-narrative films. Bittar's debut short film "Which Cheese Do You Want?" (2011) have been screened in more than 100 festivals around the world as well as awarded as Best Short Film at Rio Int'l Film Festival, Festival Biarritz Amérique Latine, and Shnit Int'l Short Film Festival - a transnational film festival simultaneously taking place in eight cities on five continents worldwide, among others. Bittar's last film - BAILE (Summer Ball) - was nominated as 2020 Best Short Film by the Brazilian Film Academy and was qualified for the 2021 Oscars as Live Action Short Film after receiving the Best Short Film Award at 60º Int'l Film Festival of Cartagena de Índias (FICCI).
