Steve Cheng, a top Hong Kong director, joined Asia Television (ATV) in 1988. He is known for his work in "Vampire Expert II" (in collaboration with Gam-Yuen Ng and Wai Chu Lee, starring Lam Ching-ying and Frankie Lam). He was promoted to producer in 1997 and produced his first work "Coincidentally".
