Juan Daniel Fernández Molero is a Peruvian-Spanish filmmaker. He has directed the feature films Reminiscencias (2010) and Videofilia (2015, Tiger Award IFFR); he is co-producer of Fiebre (2022) and Masabu (2016); editor of Alba (2016), La chucha perdida de los incas (2019) and Huaquero (2024). PUNKU is his new feature film financed by the Peruvian Ministry of Culture and the Swiss fund visions sud est. His work has been screened internationally at festivals such as Rotterdam, FID Marseille, New Horizons, Singapore, Valdivia, BAFICI, Mar del Plata, Filmadrid, Distrital, Kerala, Films from the South, Flaherty NYC, Havana, including venues such as the Museum of Modern Art in New York, the Museo de Arte de Lima and La Casa Encendida in Madrid. He was an alumnus of Berlinale Talents 2011, Buenos Aires Talents 2010, IFFR Trainee Project for Young Film Critics 2010, UnionDocs Collab 2011-2012 and Bogota Audiovisual Market 2014.

Most data and links to images for the Movies section come from TheMovieDB (TMDB).
Additional data for Film Titles come from The Open Movie Database (OMDb).
At least one plug-in comes from IMDb.
Data are -- hey, it's a plural -- subject to the limitations of their sources. (For example, TMDB search results currently max out at 20.) I am limiting myself to free data sources for now. (No, a "free trial" is not free.)
While much of the above data are retrieved directly from outside APIs and other such sources, data from American Film Institute (AFI) and British Film Institute (BFI) were manually entered the old fashioned way into a MySQL database. Re BFI I took the following liberties:

Filtering is applied here to film projects flagged as "adult" by TheMovieDB. Pending "popular demand" I am contemplating a login and profile system with preferences (such as whether to allow adult images to appear) and permissions (such as data entry).
