Ryō Ikuemi (いくえみ綾, Ikuemi Ryō, October 2, 1964) is a Japanese manga artist. She was born in Nayoro, Hokkaido Prefecture, and lives in Sapporo, in the same prefecture. She graduated from Tokai University Fourth High School. She has blood type A. She writes mainly shōjo manga for Margaret, where she debuted in 1979 at age 15 with Maggie. In 2000, she won the 46th Shogakukan Manga Award for shōjo for Barairo no Ashita, and in 2009 the 33rd Kodansha Manga Award for shōjo for Kiyoku Yawaku. In 2013 her work Kiyoku Yawaku (Beyond the Memories) was adapted as a live-action movie. In 2017 Anata no Koto wa Sore Hodo (I Love You Just a Little Bit ) was adapted as a TV drama.
