Mohamed Fekrane is a Franco-Moroccan director, producer and screenwriter born July 17, 1972 in Tonnerre in Yonne (France). He stood out in 2010 with a first multi-award winning historical short film "Together" with Habib Kadi, Tony Baillargeat, Arsène Mosca, Clémence Thioly who tell the story of the resistance of the Paris mosque under the occupation. He has directed numerous short films, commercials, documentaries and music videos, including: In 2023 "Khaïma (La Tente)" (57-minute documentary), "Inwi" National Campaign 2020/2022 (TV commercial film), in 2015 "Sahara Swing" (Short film), in 2014 "Asma Lmnawar: Hakawa" (Music video), in 2012 "Bonjour Madame, Bonjour Monsieur" (Short film), "Essaouira Gnawa Music Festival 2010" (Documentary), in 2010 Chopard Golf ( Advertising film), "Together" (Short film) 2010... In December 2022, his first theatrical feature film "Dernier Round" was finally released, after receiving numerous awards and nominations at various festivals around the world. The film tells the story of 3 street children in Morocco, led by Rachid who survives by boxing in illegal fights to hope to pay for the clandestine crossing of the Strait of Gibraltar to Europe.
