Niu Chaoyang was born in Qinshui County, Jincheng City, Shanxi Province. He graduated from Shanxi University and is a male director, screenwriter and musician in mainland China. He has written and directed comedy films such as "The Player", thriller films "Someone Under the Bed" and "Don't Look in the Mirror at Midnight", TV series such as "281 Letters", "Girl CEO", "When Snowflakes Fall in Love with Plum Blossoms" and many commercials and MVs. Songs such as "Love Beggar" are popular all over the country, and the song "What Can I Do for You" written and composed by him won the Five One Project Award.
