JJ Krissanapoom Pibulsonggram, or Jaylerr, is an actor, model, executive, and musician. After graduating from Prince Royal's College in Chiang Mai, Krissanapoom enrolled in the Faculty of Communication Arts at Rangsit University. In 2020, he received a bachelor's degree in film at the Faculty of Social Communication Innovation College from Srinakharinwirot University. Jaylerr is the grandson of former Thai prime minister Field Marshal Plaek Phibunsongkhram. Jaylerr entered the entertainment industry when he modelled at the 20th-anniversary celebration of the "Central Chiang Mai" department store while still studying in grade ten. There, he met the well-known director Chookiat Sakveerakul who persuaded him to audition for his 2013 film "Grean Fictions”, subsequently debuting as an actor in a main role. Jaylerr worked under Chookiat's Studio Commuan before landing his role in "Diary of Tootsies" and ending his contract to sign with Nadao Bangkok in 2015. On December 25, 2021, Nadao Bangkok announced that Jaylerr's contract with the label would expire later that year, and he became a free agent. Following these events, in February 2022, Jaylerr launched the talent agency QOW Entertainment alongside his long-time girlfriend, fellow actor Thanaerng Kanyawee Songmuang. The agency aims to manage both their future works and those of other artists under the label. Outside his acting career, Jaylerr is a rapper and singer-songwriter. A frequent collaborator with singer Ice Paris, the two were previously a duo under Nadao Music. Between 2018 and 2019, he was a member of Nadao's now-defunct boy group 9x9 or "Nine by Nine" (ไนน์บายนาย). He was also a guitarist of the now-defunct boy rock band SLEEP RUNWAY from 2015 to 2016.
Most data and links to images for the Movies section come from TheMovieDB (TMDB).
Additional data for Film Titles come from The Open Movie Database (OMDb).
At least one plug-in comes from IMDb.
Data are -- hey, it's a plural -- subject to the limitations of their sources. (For example, TMDB search results currently max out at 20.) I am limiting myself to free data sources for now. (No, a "free trial" is not free.)
While much of the above data are retrieved directly from outside APIs and other such sources, data from American Film Institute (AFI) and British Film Institute (BFI) were manually entered the old fashioned way into a MySQL database. Re BFI I took the following liberties:
Regarding profile removals and data corrections:
Filtering is applied here to film projects flagged as "adult" by TheMovieDB. Pending "popular demand" I am contemplating a login and profile system with preferences (such as whether to allow adult images to appear) and permissions (such as data entry).
Whereas the overall purpose of this website is to serve as a personal demo/portfolio/workshop of web and data skills, this Movies section is not meant to compete with or substitute for far more definitive movie websites.
Whether or not he still clings to an award which he won in 1986 as a film critic for his college's newspaper, Jeffrey Hartmann is not responsible for the texts of overviews and biographies supplied by external data sources.
