During the Republic of China, the Jinmen Wharf revived, the Caoyun and Qinglong Gang fought for business. Qin Fan, the descendant of Bian Que magic needle, went to be a peacemaker, but accidentally killed two gang brothers. Qin Fan, who does not remember how he escaped from the prison, decided to personally find out the real cause of death of the corpse thief and his two gang brothers to prove his innocence. The whole dock is full of thick smoke. The foreigners' conspiracy to weaken the country continues to harm the people. Can Qin Fan escape safely? How will he stop the evil deeds of foreigners?
