After Maria and Ricky’s roommate mysteriously dies, they urgently need to replace him to cover their bills. After a frustrating series of interviews, they meet the perfect candidate: clean-cut, polite and quiet Dean. That peace is short-lived, however, when Dean starts behaving oddly, and before long the bodies start piling up. They now realize their roommate is a homicidal maniac and are forced to fight for their very survival!

Filtering is applied here to film projects flagged as "adult" by TheMovieDB. Pending "popular demand" I am contemplating a login and profile system with preferences (such as whether to allow adult images to appear) and permissions (such as data entry).
