Melis, a PhD students meets with a 70's erotic movie star to write a thesis on her career and the period. As Melis keeps interviewing her, she realizes this former star Alev Hanzade has a blurry past and dark secrets.
Melis (24), is a PhD student in the department of Cinema. She decides to write a thesis on the infamous era in Turkish Cinema: "70's Erotic Films Craze". She wants to examine the women representation of those films and working conditions of the women in the set. She sets up a series of interview with one of the famous stars of the period: Alev Hanzade. Alev (65) seems friendly and energetic at first. As they go on the interviews, Melis realizes that Alev is neurotic and disturbed. Alev's doorman Muharrem (35) says she makes things up. Alev becomes more and more unreliable to Melis as their conversations go on. Are the things she is saying true? Or is she a liar and one of the actress whom Yesilçam "chewed and spitted"?
