The film is set in the 50s in a town located on the 101st kilometer from Moscow, where in Soviet times were sent from the capital of the unreliable — political and criminal. The hero of the picture Lenka gets into the company of criminals. Local leader Kostya Konovalov offers him to participate in robberies.
