Set in the rave scene in Suffolk, England the film is about two rival London gangs trying to control the flow of a new bio-drug, Stagger
Jakes finds himself having to deal with all of it as well as the clash between rival gangs organizing illegal raves. An associate of Jake has combined a new Bio Drug that he nor any body else knows all of the odd side effects.
