Overview from Open Movies

"Champ" Wang, Peng "Roc" Tien and Kor Chun Hung star in this action-packed martial arts revenge film. A fighter is brutally beaten and left for dead, but somehow manages to survive. Time heals, however, even if it doesn't wipe away the harsh memories, and later, strong and determined, the man rises from the proverbial ashes to seek those who've wronged him and exact his own brand of justice.

  • I added "runners up" to Top 10 lists, treating them as ties where applicable and numbering them accordingly at the bottom of each list.
  • Regarding those polls wherein "franchise" movies were submitted as one project until BFI's policy changed to regard them separately, I treated them as ties and renumbered the affected lists accordingly (e.g. the Godfather films).
