One night... Three people... Finding their way home. 'Red Umbrella' is a supernatural thriller about a taxi driver who learns about true appreciation of his family after picking up a beautiful yet mysterious passenger. Taxi driver Reza (Rio Dewanto) would rather stay at home on this late night but he is out on the streets looking for a fare. He picks up a beautiful and mysterious passenger (Atiqah Hasiholan) and just as they are about to reach her house, she disappears. He soon discovers her tragic past from her Father (Zubir Mustaqim) and learns to appreciate his loved ones.

  • Regarding those polls wherein "franchise" movies were submitted as one project until BFI's policy changed to regard them separately, I treated them as ties and renumbered the affected lists accordingly (e.g. the Godfather films).
