In search of housing, a student stumbles upon an advertisement for renting an apartment at a very reasonable fee—and promptly agrees with a woman who recently laid her son to rest, complying with all her conditions. The young man settles into the apartment and gradually becomes a witness to inexplicable mystical phenomena.

Filtering is applied here to film projects flagged as "adult" by TheMovieDB. Pending "popular demand" I am contemplating a login and profile system with preferences (such as whether to allow adult images to appear) and permissions (such as data entry).
