In Plain Sight, directed by TommyJohn Finston and Logan MacDonald is a brief introduction to social and political problems that the Narragansett Trial Nation of Rhode Island face. In this short film, we follow the lives of Bella and Randy Noka who are Tribal Elders as they bring awareness to struggles they and their tribe have faced from local communities and the State of Rhode Island. This episodic short recounts first hand stories of the 2003 Narragansett Smoke Shop Raid, which was a traumatic event resulting in years of economic stagnation and grief.

  • I added "runners up" to Top 10 lists, treating them as ties where applicable and numbering them accordingly at the bottom of each list.
  • Regarding those polls wherein "franchise" movies were submitted as one project until BFI's policy changed to regard them separately, I treated them as ties and renumbered the affected lists accordingly (e.g. the Godfather films).
