A girl who is always a maiden at heart is a big fan of a romantic poet from the Taisho era, and wants to buy a first edition of his poetry collection that she found in a used bookstore, but it is too expensive for her. She has no choice but to work part-time at a snack bar to save up the money. One day, a pink rainbow flies into her room, and at the same time as the shock, a strange man dressed in outdated clothes appears. The man is actually a poet and a big fan of her, a scientist, and has ended up lost in the present day due to a malfunction of the time machine he made, but of course she has no idea about it.
