Jared and Miguel escape StoneGate Penitentiary and find refuge in a hospital with other survivors. They find that the curse has spread from out of the prison and to the surrounding areas. They make a plan to rescue other survivors and to find Jared's friend Will, but little do they know that the undead corpse of Warden Steed himself has also been reanimated and seeks to enslave them to the walking dead.
