An actress takes on the role of the prostitute Eva.S, who waits for clients in hotel rooms. While waiting, she contemplates her situation as a follower of Socialism and as a woman with her own wishes and desires, but also her nationalistic character. Fiction and reality slowly start to blur. Eva.S sees no way out of her situation. Only while having sex does her life seem to find fulfillment. More and more she loses hope of ever realizing her dreams and original goals. Her motivation fades and step by step she satarts destroying herself with a cocktail of alcohol and medications.
