Year 2009. A small town on the shores of Issyk-Kul. Aktan, a schoolboy who dreams of joining the ranks of the National Security Committee, is faced with the injustice of the justice system. Filtering is applied here to film projects flagged as "adult" by TheMovieDB. Pending "popular demand" I am contemplating a login and profile system with preferences (such as whether to allow adult images to appear) and permissions (such as data entry).
