A man known as the Staircase Man chases the swaying buttocks of a steel tower woman (Rin Azuma) who is in love with Tokyo Tower. However, all she can think of in her mind is an image of herself, completely naked, intertwined with the Tokyo Tower and masturbating. Meanwhile, in a certain studio, there is a wheel woman (Akane Makise) who spins the wheel of a bicycle wearing a thong, and a saddle man who wishes to be a bicycle saddle. In another room, Madam Lust (Mari Yamaguchi), who holds the theory that the history of humankind is the history of the penis and the female genitals, and Mr. Chinbo are having a violent act. Three pairs of men and women with such perverted sexual tendencies meet as if guided by fate...
