Richard Graham, a socially awkward man from Middletown, NY, moves to the Bronx in search of a fresh start. However, his struggles with social interactions push him to the edge of sanity. Consumed by his dark desires, Richard begins stalking women and injecting them with a lethal dose of propofol using a syringe. As the body count rises, Detective Rivera becomes the only hope to stop Richard's reign of terror.   • Regarding those polls wherein "franchise" movies were submitted as one project until BFI's policy changed to regard them separately, I treated them as ties and renumbered the affected lists accordingly (e.g. the Godfather films).
