Jared Leto arrives in the small provincial town "Beldyazhki". But due to a technical error the employees of the regional TV channel "Truth TV", cameraman Vitalka and journalist Pavlusha do not shoot this sensation interview. To avoid dismissal, they decide to make a sensation report by themselves, initiate the garage robbery and broadcast it. Pavlusha is a fake robber, and the chief understands this report is a fake. But despite dismissal, thanks to a timely call from the police, Vitalka and Pavlusha get a promotion. They only need to identify the robber. However, their conscience gnawing at them. After refusing to identify the robber, Pavlusha and Vitalka find themselves in a difficult situation and try to come out smelling like a rose. So, they shoot ad video about police, how the policeman saves a woman from a fake robber.
