Doctor Gordon Freeman and Security Guard Evan William Walsh attempt to get to the Lambda complex to reverse the effects of the resonance cascade failure. They are pursued by the HECU Marin commander Jaegar through the substation of the nearby hydro electric dam. Fighting their was through marines the characters seemingly escape only to be lured into a trap. With no hope of survival the G-Man intervenes with his typical time stopping and tells Gordon their is more for him to do.
