A work in constant progress (and occasional regress).
Samantha Vincent is President of One Race Films, a film, television and video game production company. Under her leadership, One Race has produced a range of commercially successful film and game projects, including the recently completed Fast and Furious 9, which she produced. The company also produced the last five instalments of The Fast and the Furious franchise, which she executive produced. The most recent, Fate of the Furious and Furious 7, each set worldwide box-office and industry records and are among the Top 20 highest-grossing films of all time, contributing to a combined franchise gross of over $5 billion. Vincent also executive produced the genre film The Last Witch Hunter and independently financed Riddick in 2013. Riddick debuted at the top of the box office and grew another franchise that has earned a cumulative $267.3 million globally. In 2016 she produced xXx: Return of Xander Cage, which has grossed $346 million globally. In the gaming realm, The Chronicles of Riddick: Escape From Butcher Bay and the original title, Wheelman, represent two of the company’s most successful gaming endeavours. A graduate of Harvard University with a Master's in Educational Policy, Vincent currently sits on the Board of Directors for Westbeth Artist’s Housing. This organization provides affordable housing for artists and their families in New York City. She also sits on the Board of Directors for Private School Axis, a Los Angeles-based NPO that aims to diversify independent schools one student at a time. Vincent is a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences. She currently resides in Los Angeles with her husband and daughter. Information above via their homepage.

Most data and links to images for the Movies section come from TheMovieDB (TMDB).
Additional data for Film Titles come from The Open Movie Database (OMDb).
At least one plug-in comes from IMDb.
Data are -- hey, it's a plural -- subject to the limitations of their sources. (For example, TMDB search results currently max out at 20.) I am limiting myself to free data sources for now. (No, a "free trial" is not free.)
While much of the above data are retrieved directly from outside APIs and other such sources, data from American Film Institute (AFI) and British Film Institute (BFI) were manually entered the old fashioned way into a MySQL database. Re BFI I took the following liberties:
Regarding profile removals and data corrections:
Filtering is applied here to film projects flagged as "adult" by TheMovieDB. Pending "popular demand" I am contemplating a login and profile system with preferences (such as whether to allow adult images to appear) and permissions (such as data entry).
Whereas the overall purpose of this website is to serve as a personal demo/portfolio/workshop of web and data skills, this Movies section is not meant to compete with or substitute for far more definitive movie websites.
