Cece Valentina, a talented young actress, was born in Los Angeles in 2014. With her October birthday, Cece proudly identifies as a Libra, embodying the balance and charm that shines through her performances. She shares her home with her loving parents, her older sister Summer Sophia, and their two adorable dogs, Bentley and HoneyBear.  Cece's unique upbringing has gifted her with the joy of calling two places home. Frequent trips to England to visit family have fostered a deep connection to her British heritage. During one memorable trip, she had the incredible opportunity to witness her first West-End theater show, "SIX! The Musical." Cece's passion for the show is so infectious that she knows every song by heart and can often be found belting out the tunes in the car. Her dedication and love for the theater even led her to wait outside in the cold after the performance, eagerly collecting autographs from the cast members at the Stage Door.  At the young age of five, Cece discovered her love for acting, and it has been a whirlwind adventure ever since. Her natural talent and undeniable charisma quickly caught the attention of industry professionals, leading her to sign with Symington Talent Management. In a remarkable turn of events, Cece's very first professional audition landed her a supporting role opposite renowned actor Mark Wahlberg in the film "Arthur The King." This incredible opportunity took her to the Dominican Republic, where she and her family worked and visited some beautiful sights. While filming, Cece cherished the moments spent bonding with the dog that portrayed Arthur, creating lifelong memories.  Cece's talent extends beyond live-action performances, as she has also made her mark in the world of voiceover. Her journey began with her first voice job for a Tide Commercial, which served as a stepping stone into the realm of TV and film. She quickly found success and lent her voice to exciting projects. Fans can eagerly anticipate 2024, as Cece's voice will grace the highly anticipated "Kung Fu Panda 4," where she brings the lovable character named "Den Bunny" to life. Additionally, she is anxiously awaiting the release of two other projects: an upcoming series on Netflix and an animated series on Nickelodeon.  When she's not busy acting or working on voiceover projects, Cece's passion for singing takes center stage. Her dedication to honing her vocal skills has earned her roles in amateur productions such as "Camp Rock," "High School Musical," and "Press Start." Recently, she achieved a significant milestone by securing the lead role of Annie another amateur production of the beloved musical "Annie."  Cece's versatility extends to dance as well, where she excels in hip-hop and contemporary styles. Alongside her artistic pursuits, she finds joy in gymnastics, spending quality time with friends during fun sleepovers, and creating lasting memories with her family.  As Cece Valentina continues to shine in the world of acting and voiceover, her journey serves as an inspiration to young aspiring performers everywhere. With her undeniable talent and magnetic personality, Cece is poised to become a true star in the entertainment world.

The Search Form

About the Movie Section

Most data and links to images for the Movies section come from TheMovieDB (TMDB).

Additional data for Film Titles come from The Open Movie Database (OMDb).

At least one plug-in comes from IMDb.

Data are -- hey, it's a plural -- subject to the limitations of their sources. (For example, TMDB search results currently max out at 20.) I am limiting myself to free data sources for now. (No, a "free trial" is not free.)

While much of the above data are retrieved directly from outside APIs and other such sources, data from American Film Institute (AFI) and British Film Institute (BFI) were manually entered the old fashioned way into a MySQL database. Re BFI I took the following liberties:

  • I added "runners up" to Top 10 lists, treating them as ties where applicable and numbering them accordingly at the bottom of each list.
  • Regarding those polls wherein "franchise" movies were submitted as one project until BFI's policy changed to regard them separately, I treated them as ties and renumbered the affected lists accordingly (e.g. the Godfather films).

Regarding profile removals and data corrections:

  • If you would like your profile removed from this site, please contact the source of this data directly, TheMovieDB. My assumption is: once it's gone from their site, it should soon be gone from this site.
  • If you would like to correct movie data on this site, please contact the source of this data directly, TheMovieDB. My assumption is: once it's corrected on their site, it should soon be corrected on this site.
  • For additional corrections and profile removals, please e-mail The Open Movie Database (OMDb).

Filtering is applied here to film projects flagged as "adult" by TheMovieDB. Pending "popular demand" I am contemplating a login and profile system with preferences (such as whether to allow adult images to appear) and permissions (such as data entry).

Whereas the overall purpose of this website is to serve as a personal demo/portfolio/workshop of web and data skills, this Movies section is not meant to compete with or substitute for far more definitive movie websites.
