Enaldo Lopes de Oliveira Filho (Belo Horizonte, March 26, 1998), better known as Enaldinho, is a Brazilian youtuber and digital influencer, known for producing content for the YouTube video platform, currently has more than 25 million subscribers on the platform. and more than 9 billion views, having been nominated for Best YouTuber in Latin America at the Streamy Awards in 2019. In 2018, it was listed by Exame magazine as one of the six most influential channels for children.  Enaldinho created his YouTube channel on November 7, 2012 and in October 2020 he reached the mark of more than 3.2 billion views on the video site. Enaldinho's YouTube channel has quite varied content, and he gained prominence with videos for children. His most successful video is “Acordei O Mateus”, which has more than 35 million views. The second most viewed video on Enaldinho's channel is called "Don't Speak the Name of the Monster", which has more than 35 million views. In October 2020, Enaldinho's main channel reached 14.9 million subscribers and the second channel reached 1.3 million subscribers. In 2018, Enaldinho's channel was listed by Exame magazine as one of the six Brazilian channels aimed at the most influential children's audience in Brazil, in the same list appeared names such as Felipe Neto and AuthenticGames. In 2019, Enaldinho joined the select list of Brazilian youtubers to win the Diamond Play.  In 2017, Enaldinho was nominated for Meus Prêmios Nick 2017 in the Digital Revelation category, and in 2020 Enaldinho was nominated in the YouTube Channel category for Meus Prêmios Nick 2020 and won. In 2019, Enaldinho was nominated for the biggest internet award in the world, Streamy Awards, in the Best YouTuber in Latin America category.  On June 12, 2018, Enaldinho released his first book, called “O Mundo Louco De Enaldinho”, by Editora Astral Cultural. In 2019, he released his second book, called “A Lenda Do Zap”. In 2022, he released his first game, called “Enaldinho no Mundo do Zap“, by Developer Santa Clara Design Studio.

While much of the above data are retrieved directly from outside APIs and other such sources, data from American Film Institute (AFI) and British Film Institute (BFI) were manually entered the old fashioned way into a MySQL database. Re BFI I took the following liberties:

  • I added "runners up" to Top 10 lists, treating them as ties where applicable and numbering them accordingly at the bottom of each list.
  • Regarding those polls wherein "franchise" movies were submitted as one project until BFI's policy changed to regard them separately, I treated them as ties and renumbered the affected lists accordingly (e.g. the Godfather films).

Filtering is applied here to film projects flagged as "adult" by TheMovieDB. Pending "popular demand" I am contemplating a login and profile system with preferences (such as whether to allow adult images to appear) and permissions (such as data entry).

Whereas the overall purpose of this website is to serve as a personal demo/portfolio/workshop of web and data skills, this Movies section is not meant to compete with or substitute for far more definitive movie websites.
