Real Name: Tanaka Hitoshi  BACK DROP BOMB Guitarist  https://soundcloud.com/jntnk/tracks  Since the formation in 1994, he has participated as a guitarist, has worked on most of the music, and directed at LIVE. BACK DROP BOMB is a band that has created a song and symbolizes a mixture that has not been bound by the genre frame since its debut. Participating in the event AIR JAM'98 held in August 1998, the performance at the event was highly evaluated, and not only the core music fans but also the music was known to a wide range of people. Since then, he has been active in participating in the Fuji Rock Festival. Since his debut, he has collaborated with a number of well-known artists across genres and national and international boundaries, and continues to influence players and DJs in various ways. (Reference: List of co-produced artists and participating events)  In addition to the activities of artists, he joined the management office INI since 1998, and has been involved in visual work production, event planning and management. In recent years, he has been involved in the process from equipment management to recording using a joint private studio. (Reference: List of attached equipment)  Since around 2006, he has been providing and producing music for Pony Canyon members and indie artists.  At the same time, not only music production, artist production, but also various planning / operation / management for companies. In addition to planning / production, he handles a wide range from project team formation to actual management.

Data are -- hey, it's a plural -- subject to the limitations of their sources. (For example, TMDB search results currently max out at 20.) I am limiting myself to free data sources for now. (No, a "free trial" is not free.)

While much of the above data are retrieved directly from outside APIs and other such sources, data from American Film Institute (AFI) and British Film Institute (BFI) were manually entered the old fashioned way into a MySQL database. Re BFI I took the following liberties:

  • I added "runners up" to Top 10 lists, treating them as ties where applicable and numbering them accordingly at the bottom of each list.
  • Regarding those polls wherein "franchise" movies were submitted as one project until BFI's policy changed to regard them separately, I treated them as ties and renumbered the affected lists accordingly (e.g. the Godfather films).

Regarding profile removals and data corrections:

Filtering is applied here to film projects flagged as "adult" by TheMovieDB. Pending "popular demand" I am contemplating a login and profile system with preferences (such as whether to allow adult images to appear) and permissions (such as data entry).

Whereas the overall purpose of this website is to serve as a personal demo/portfolio/workshop of web and data skills, this Movies section is not meant to compete with or substitute for far more definitive movie websites.
