Sound Horizon due to the tie-up another name, and for the sound creator · Revo According to the Japan of the music unit .  A project specializing in links (collaboration) with other works by Revo, head of Sound Horizon. The unit name has the meaning of "connecting to the outside world" [1] . The abbreviation is “ Linhola ” or “ LH ”. The main members are basically Revo only, and members other than Revo organize singers and players as needed as in Sound Horizon.  In 2012, Revo moved to Pony Canyon and started playing music for the Nintendo 3DS game “ Bravely Default ”. On June 19, the first project presentation was held at the Pony Canyon head office. It became public [2] . In addition to working on all BGM and vocalized music during the game, “Revo Linked BRAVELY DEFAULT Concert” was held on November 25, 2012 at the Yokohama Arena .  2012 December 8, 2013 from MBS anime start broadcasting "in Attack on Titan been announced that is responsible for the theme song of" [3] , responsible for the previous fiscal year, late in the opening theme. 2014 release of the movie "theater version of" Attack on Titan "bow and arrow - of Part ~ Guren", 2015 and the theme song of the public to the "giant of the theater version of" march "sequel - Wings of Liberty -", broadcast from 2015 In charge of the theme song of the starting spin-off work “Attack! Giant Junior High School”.  On November 25, 2013, it was decided to participate in the 64th NHK Crimson White Song Battle , and first appeared in “Guren no Yumiya [Red and White Special ver.]”. On January 1, 2014, "Guren no Yumi [Kokuhaku Special Size.]" Was distributed on each music download site. It was the first time to participate in the Red and White Song Battle through activities from Sound Horizon.

Data are -- hey, it's a plural -- subject to the limitations of their sources. (For example, TMDB search results currently max out at 20.) I am limiting myself to free data sources for now. (No, a "free trial" is not free.)

While much of the above data are retrieved directly from outside APIs and other such sources, data from American Film Institute (AFI) and British Film Institute (BFI) were manually entered the old fashioned way into a MySQL database. Re BFI I took the following liberties:

  • I added "runners up" to Top 10 lists, treating them as ties where applicable and numbering them accordingly at the bottom of each list.
  • Regarding those polls wherein "franchise" movies were submitted as one project until BFI's policy changed to regard them separately, I treated them as ties and renumbered the affected lists accordingly (e.g. the Godfather films).

Filtering is applied here to film projects flagged as "adult" by TheMovieDB. Pending "popular demand" I am contemplating a login and profile system with preferences (such as whether to allow adult images to appear) and permissions (such as data entry).

Whereas the overall purpose of this website is to serve as a personal demo/portfolio/workshop of web and data skills, this Movies section is not meant to compete with or substitute for far more definitive movie websites.
