Angel Sessions Bio  Angel Sessions is a 16x award winning, Urban Gospel and RnB Recording Artist and Songwriter. She has been in the music industry for over 20 years. Angel has a total of 14 albums worldwide. She began her early career signed to Ichiban Records and Stax/Volt Records with the release of her R&B first album “Introducing Angel Sessions” in 1998, and her second R&B release “Love Ride” in 1999 on Stax/Volt Records. Angel is a 30x nominated artist and a 16x award-winning artist. She has traveled around the country with Mary Wilson of the Supremes performing as one of the newest Supremes. Angel has also recorded with some of the greatest legendary musical talents such as the late Ali Woodson from the Temptations, The Mighty Dells, Lenny Williams Freda Payne, Maurice White from Earth Wind and Fire, and more. Angel also had the privilege of performing on the same stage with James Brown, Teena Marie, and more at the Grammy’s pre-party in Los Angeles CA. Angel began her gospel musical journey in 2005 with the first release of her album, “He Loves Love”. Since then Angel has released 7 urban Gospel albums. She has been nominated for several Awards in 2015 and won an award at the Akademia Music Awards with the release of her single “Don’t Let Go” for Best Comptempary Gospel song. Angel continues her journey to love her fans from all around the world by sharing her gift of songs. Angel Sessions is one of the founders of her company, Atlas Elite Entertainment LLC with two other founding partners, Rodney Crews and Demetrius Guidry.

Data are -- hey, it's a plural -- subject to the limitations of their sources. (For example, TMDB search results currently max out at 20.) I am limiting myself to free data sources for now. (No, a "free trial" is not free.)

While much of the above data are retrieved directly from outside APIs and other such sources, data from American Film Institute (AFI) and British Film Institute (BFI) were manually entered the old fashioned way into a MySQL database. Re BFI I took the following liberties:

  • I added "runners up" to Top 10 lists, treating them as ties where applicable and numbering them accordingly at the bottom of each list.
  • Regarding those polls wherein "franchise" movies were submitted as one project until BFI's policy changed to regard them separately, I treated them as ties and renumbered the affected lists accordingly (e.g. the Godfather films).

Regarding profile removals and data corrections:

  • If you would like your profile removed from this site, please contact the source of this data directly, TheMovieDB. My assumption is: once it's gone from their site, it should soon be gone from this site.

Filtering is applied here to film projects flagged as "adult" by TheMovieDB. Pending "popular demand" I am contemplating a login and profile system with preferences (such as whether to allow adult images to appear) and permissions (such as data entry).

Whereas the overall purpose of this website is to serve as a personal demo/portfolio/workshop of web and data skills, this Movies section is not meant to compete with or substitute for far more definitive movie websites.
