A young man who thinks he is immortal investigates that condition and considers the true meaning of happiness.
Américo is a young man who believes he is immortal and feels overwhelmed by this as he is sure the world will never get better. Happiness and purpose in life are dealt with through his meeting with his fiancée, his lover, his friends and a guru.
