This film was made in 48 hours! Godtape Productions was given the prop of a potted plant and the line, "Dang, that happened to my buddy Adam once" to use. After finishing the entirety of pre-production, production, and post-production, Godtape Productions submitted the film in on time and got accepted in the GCU Fall 2023 48 Hour Film Challenge! During the 48 Hour Film premiere, "Leaf it Alone" was awarded The Best Director and The Best Overall.
