Evil scientist Dr. Mashirito appears! In order to achieve his ambitions of world domination, he assaults Penguin Village with Mechankotsuoi Robo Caramelman No. 1. In the second half, the annual big race is held. The winning prize is 9000 yen. Influential players such as Arale, Senbei, and Mashirito arrive at the starting line for the prize money.
