Etsuko, the wife of the conglomerate Okazaki family, has come to Karuizawa to escape the summer heat. Her love for her husband has cooled down and she has a separate bedroom, but one day, when she meets her childhood friend Yuji again, she finds the sensuality that was sleeping in her ripe body. The sprout mysteriously begins to raise her head. A mansion of memories of two people who don’t live in it now. Etsuko is caressed by the folds of pleasure one by one every time she meets her in the abandoned house. Knowing the joy of her stiffening down to her toes, she could no longer turn back…

  • Regarding those polls wherein "franchise" movies were submitted as one project until BFI's policy changed to regard them separately, I treated them as ties and renumbered the affected lists accordingly (e.g. the Godfather films).
